Coraldrip Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in every Coraldrip piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible:

Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (like your receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Please note: Returns must be sent to the following address:

Once your return is approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and full instructions.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive the wrong item, or if it’s damaged or defective, contact us right away at coraldrip@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Exchanges
Want something different? The fastest way is to return the item you have, and once it's accepted, place a new order for the piece you want.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Items must still be in original, unworn condition with tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
